Former Hanscomb Execs Launch New Project/Construction Management Firm

June 9, 2004 — Morris Wade Associates, a new project/construction management firm based in the Chicago area, was formed on June 9, 2004 to provide project/construction management and related services to government agencies, building owners, developers, and architects throughout the United States and worldwide. Additional Morris Wade offices are located in Washington, DC, and Ft. Meyers, FL.

The company was developed by Michael Morris and Philip Wade. Both are former executives of Hanscomb Associates (now Hanscomb Faithful & Gould), a leading firm of cost consultants and professional project managers. Combined, they bring nearly 70 years of experience in the construction industry to Morris Wade.

Morris Wade specializes in project management, cost estimating, and scheduling to help clients maximize value in building design and construction. Services range from individual cost estimates or value management studies to full-scale project/construction management.

“The demands and capabilities of each project vary considerably,” said Morris, who serves as company Principal. “Our services are flexible and can be adjusted to suit each client’s individual needs.”
