Morris Wade Associates retained by Hinsdale Bank & Trust Company to oversee conversion of historic theater in downtown Hinsdale, Illinois. Built in 1925 as a film and vaudeville palace, the building has undergone several modifications leaving few elements of its original renaissance revival style architecture. The renovated space will be occupied by a mix of retail and office tenants.

Hinsdale Bank & Trust Company is providing a construction loan for the project and will be the major office tenant upon completion of the project.
