Cost Management

Morris Wade retained by Elementary School District 181 to review designs for renovations and additions to Oak and Elm Elementary Schools in Hinsdale and Burr Ridge located in the western suburbs of Chicago. Detailed construction estimates will be prepared as a check to determine if the projects are within the approximately $10m budget for construction.

Value Engineering

In a September 16th letter Michael Morris received notification that the firm had been selected by the US Department of State to provide Value Engineering services on various Diplomatic facilities overseas. This work will be performed under a one year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract that will have options for four additional years to be added to the contract duration.
