Value Engineering

After successfully completing negotiations with the US Department of State we have received the fully executed contract for Value Engineering Services for Embassy Facilities Worlwide.

We have been selected by the US Department of State to perform a Value Engineering Study of the proposed new $74m US Embassy Compound (NEC) in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. The study will comprise a formal 40 hour workshop and will follow the VE methodology endorsed by SAVE International.
